The Supervisory Board is responsible for the overall governance of the our organisation and advises the Executive Board accordingly.

The Supervisory Board is responsible for the following approvals:

• The Strategic Plan
• Budget
• Annual Report
• Management and administration regulations

The members of the Supervisory Board are appointed for five years by the Trustees of the organisation.
